Simon Hayward RIBA

Simon graduated from Oxford Brookes University in 1999 and has since worked with a number of prestigious practices on high quality and complex schemes for commercial and private clients. Previous projects include the reordering of the Great Hall at Lincoln’s Inn, community buildings and large adaptations and new build domestic projects.

He has a passion for detail and believes that good design is established through a clear understanding of the client’s brief and project context. Simon understands and enjoys the building process and developing good working relationships with the project team. He has worked with Martin for more than 10 years and they have built a reputation for innovative and striking buildings through attention to detail.

Simon plays fingerstyle guitar, mandolin and banjo and has travelled widely to play. He has a keen interest in motorsport and is a qualified cricket coach.
