Planning Consent received for Private House

April 2011

Hayward Smart Architects have received planning approval for a new contemporary house in a Warwickshire village. The house will be constructed in the garden of the clients current property, which lies in the Conservation Area.

Work will now begin on the detailed design and tender packages, with a view to work starting on site in early Autumn 2011.
