Knowle House is a large suburban property located on the edge of a Warwickshire town.

The brief was to replace an existing single storey extension to the side with a two-storey structure to provide a new rear entrance, garden room and ancillary spaces with new bedroom at first floor.

In addition, the existing building has been remodelled to provide a large family kitchen, new games room, improved main entrance and timber framed carport structure.
