Belasyse House is located within a pretty Warwickshire village.

The brief was to form a new family room, which would open up and engage with an outdoor entertaining space and private garden.

The new room is dominated by a central rendered fireplace, which sits under a glazed gable. The roof structure is expressed with engineered oak trusses, which extend outside to form a covered veranda over the sliding folding glazed screen to the garden.

The external landscaping has been carefully considered to link the new structure to the existing house and garden.
