Built in Quality Awards

Hayward Smart Architects were the winners of the ‘Built in Quality Awards 2010’ for their conversion of a chalet bungalow to a 3 storey dwelling in Stratford-on-Avon.

The building was retained at ground floor and a timber framed structure was constructed over. The whole building was then clad in a combination of brick, render and oak boarding.
